Building Your Innovation Capacity
Program Description:
Entrepreneurial innovation is the key to a revived economy as well as your business success.
We often think of innovation in the context of new start-ups but it actually occurs more frequently in established organizations. Innovation can mean new products or technologies but it can also focus on marketing, distribution, advertising, promotion, production, management practices, strategic partners, structure, the work environment, reporting, and more. Your needs for innovation may come from the outside (customers, markets, pricing) or the inside (employees, organizational structure, production).
This fast-paced, highly practical two-day program examines the skills, practices and knowledge you need to create and execute innovative ideas to grow your business. You will learn to examine innovation practices from the individual, team and organizational level, and you will leave with ideas you can apply immediately.
